Thinktier OÜ is an Estonian company incorporated in 2025 with a single purpose: to build Granel, a CTRM (Commodity Trading & Risk Management) platform for small and mid-sized physical commodity trading teams.
What we do
We build software for trading teams that live between spreadsheets, emails and notes. Granel holds the entire life of a commodity deal: pricing, counterparty, logistics, itemised costs, multi-currency P&L, cashflow and document compliance.
Our focus is physical trade: real contracts, containers, freight, incoterms, bills of lading, port charges and everything a general-purpose ERP or a spreadsheet loses track of once the team grows.

Granel is built for physical commodity trading teams of 2 to 20 people who need real control over margins, costs and compliance without paying for — or implementing — a six-figure corporate CTRM.
